Salisbury Cathedral

The Salisbury Cathedral is considered to be Britain’s finest 13th Century Cathedral. This was a unique cathedral that had a lot of modern touches to it. One of those modern touches was the baptismal font. It looked like a cool water fountain that is made simply for decoration. We have seen so many Cathedral fonts that all seem to look alike, this one had us all in awe because of its distinct difference. The other neat thing about Salisbury is that an original paper from the Magna Carta is housed there. I find it fitting that the first written document regarding human rights came from Great Britain- never put that together in my history classes from the past.
Baptismal Font?
